Month-of Wedding Coordination
Ideal for couples who have done all the planning, and would like a coordinator to take over a month before the wedding.
The following is included:
- In person consultation prior to your wedding day to go over all the details
- Site visit at your wedding location
- Preparation of wedding day itinerary
- Detailed timeline/checklist to keep you on track
- Coordination of the rehearsal
- Contact vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
- Point of contact for vendors at ceremony and reception
- Supervise all last minute details of the wedding day
- Unlimited phone/email contact, the month prior to your wedding day
- Unlimited hours on your wedding day
Full Wedding Coordination
Ideal for couples that would like to leave the complex logistics and investment in time involved in planning a wedding to the professionals. All items from the month-of package are included.
The following is included:
- Monthly check-ins (can be done in person, email, or phone)
- Research and recommend vendors (develop vendor tracking document)
- Coordinate appointments and accompany client on appointments
- Review vendor contracts
- Realistic budget planning and bookkeeping
- Create a detailed timeline with due dates and action items
- Develop ceremony and reception logistics and floor plans
- Transportation and accommodation booking
- Unlimited phone/email contact, meetings, and hours on your wedding day

We are dedicated to creating beautiful green weddings to remember while reducing their environmental impact. Karine's experience has led her to develop relationships with the area's top green vendors to ensure you secure the best pricing and services available.
Karine Brighten Events is a Certified Bay Area Green Business as well as a Green Bride Guide Approved Vendor.
Consulting services can include phone, email, or in-person meetings (can be a one-time meeting or an on-going service). This service will be charged on an hourly rate of $50
